The Town of Pincher Creek (“Town”) is inviting proposals for cleaning/janitorial services at four Town facilities (the “Work”). The purpose of the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) process is to select a qualified proponent to enter into a Site Services Agreement with the Town for the performance of the Work. Further details about the Work are set out in Schedule “A” – Work Requirements. The RFP is not a tender and is not subject to the laws of competitive bidding. No bid contract or agreement is created by submission of a proposal. Site visits can be arranged between 08:30 and 16:00 on weekdays between November 4 and November 12. Refer to article 11 in the RFP for details. |
